We Survived - 2026 Scandinavian Festival

We Survived!
Hello! We are recovering from a wonderful and busy Scandinavian Festival. We saw so many regular customers, friends, family and new customers. Our vendors all brought great items and even had great new things to share as well. We appreciate all that came to visit and those that we met for the first time. Now we are getting ready for the fall season. The weather is changing and the apples are ready to pick… we are excited for the new season.

Did you know we sell spices/seasonings?
We have chili mix, taco seasoning, chai tea mix, ranch dressing mix, and baking mixes. Here is a tasty and easy way to use our taco seasoning!

Slow Cooker Black Bean and Corn Salsa Chicken
2 cans black beans (drained)
2 cans corn (drained)
1 pkg. taco seasoning (or ¼ cup)
4-5 chicken breasts
1 cup salsa (pico de gallo works great)
½ cup water

Mix together and cook on high for 4-6 hours or low for 6-8 hours
Shred meat and serve with optional toppings (shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, tomatoes, hot sauce, etc)
This recipe also freezes well for a make ahead meal – mix all ingredients in 1-2 ziploc bags and freeze. Thaw in the fridge for 24 hours – then dump in the slow cooker for the 4-8 hours accordingly.
